- Upload your proof of purchase (warranty is invalid without proof of purchase)
- Submit your order
You will get a copy of the Warranty PDF emailed to you, prefilled with the info you entered at the checkout.
You will also be able to download the PDF and Proof Of Purchase from the order within your My Account.
Please only purchase the warranty form by itself, Any other item(s) will be moved to another transaction and the appropriate costs will be added. if further payment is due the order will not be released.
